The other 486 of the 668 tree-only people were already inside David's own pens, tested and parked. The tree gives the year as «1863–1906»; the roster carries the first of them. Death year recovered 22 September 2026 from this row's own tree range, which the import had written into the note and never into the date field. This record carries 1863; the tablet cuts 1864. Neither is overwritten. A year's difference between a register and a monument is the commonest of all discrepancies — the stone is cut from memory, often decades later — but this archive does not decide it from a photograph. The Parenzo baptisms settle it. (open.) What the stone does add: she died at Trieste, and she was born at Parenzo — two places this record did not have.
