Krbune
One volume, 124 images, and a De Franceschi daughter's whole family inside it.
Krbune is a hamlet in the County of Pazin, four kilometres from Gologorica — the same small country this archive's own line lives in. FamilySearch has one book of it, 124 images.
That book holds Mariana De Franceschi and Vincentius Marziol: Maria, Rosaria 1833, Franciscus 21 November 1836, Anna 16 November 1839, Antonia 17 March 1843 — and four further entries where the couple stand godparent to other families' children.
She looked like several women because the index spells her husband four ways — Marziol, Marizo, Marjas, Marjiol — and her own name Mariana, Marianna, and in the Croatian orthography of the 1830s «Marianna Defrančeški». One woman, one village, eleven entries.
She is not the Mariana De Franceschi born at Šterna in February 1786; that one would have been fifty-seven at the last of these births.
