Silvia de Franceschi fu Francesco, wife of Camillo (1872–1938), 1872–1938. Gologorica. Every mention of this name in the archive — 1 across 1 page.
A de Franceschi who married a de Franceschi — and the stone says so twice. > SILVIA de FRANCESCHI fu FRANCESCO — MOGLIE di CAMILLO — MONCALVO 1872 — POLA 1938 Read 29 September 2026 from David's photographs of the family tomb in the cemetery at Gologorica — a walled monument with a cross, the arms in the pediment, and three tablets. (doc.) She was born a de Franceschi, daughter of a Francesco, and she married Camillo de Franceschi — the archivist and historian, Carlo's son. The surname is on both sides of that marriage, and the tablet records it without comment. ⚠ Born at «Moncalvo» in 1872 — which is Gologorica, the Italian name of the village, not the Piedmontese town. She died at Pola in 1938. New to this archive on 29 September 2026: no page carried her before the tomb was photographed. Whether her father Francesco belongs to the Gologorica house or to another of the name is not established here. (open.)

This person has not been written up in an essay yet — most often read straight off a register page that no index anywhere contains. What is known is at the top, and the pages linked above are where the finding sits.
A dossier is every mention of a name anywhere in this archive's data, gathered automatically and linked back to the page it appears on, with what the archive knows about the person set out at the top. Identity here is by NAME, not by resolved individual: where two people share a name they share a dossier, and the archive says so rather than guessing. Rebuilt from the roster, so every person the archive can name has a page — including the ones read straight off a register that no index anywhere contains.
