This chart is the direct line and nothing else. Brothers and sisters are not drawn here: this archive records kin against a NAME rather than against a person, so the family on a name page may belong to several different people of that name. Where it is drawn it is read from the direct line, person by person.

One relationship on this chart was never date-tested. This archive refuses a relative whose years do not fit — more than six out for a child, outside twelve to sixty for a parent. Where one side has no year at all that test cannot run, and the link is drawn on the name. It is shown because most people in the early registers carry no year, and refusing them would empty the chart of the centuries this archive exists to show. It is counted here because a line nothing tested is a weaker claim than a line that passed, and the chart cannot tell them apart.

What the archive knows

Born 6 January 1821, baptised 7 January 1821 at Ližnjan, house 17 — daughter of Mattio Defranceschi di Antonio and Madalena Percovich, sister of Antonio (1819) and Gregorio (1822). doc — Ližnjan births 1816–1864, page 5, image 6 of waypoint 9R2Z-44D (open). Not the «Marica fu Matteo» of the 1848 marriage: that Maria was 32 in 1848, so born about 1816 (the index has a Maria born 15 October 1816 to the same couple), not 27. The 1821 Maria's own fate is not found — a second girl of the name to the same parents, which this family did elsewhere (Antonio, 1846 and 1848).

No one else in this archive carries this name.
