What the archive knows

Adjudicated 11 October 2026: this row and Aloysius Defranceschi are the same man — Carlo De Franceschi's brother, born 4 May 1832 at Volosca, a merchant at Gologorica house 87, husband of Joanna Udovičić. The other row carried a death of 1870, which the 1908 «Senes» list and the 1921 census have withdrawn. This row's 1912 is the one consistent with the register, which counts him alive at seventy-six in 1908 and heads house 87 with him. The household is told here. ⚠ Both ids are kept and frozen. Neither row is merged away and neither URL is moved; this note is the join. (doc — DAPA ZM34K-214, M01069915, Gologorica Status Animarum 1921, house 87; and the «Senes» list, M01069823.)

No family is drawn for this name — this archive has not placed it in a household and holds no indexed entry that names it beside anybody else. A record does stand behind it: the one below, not joined to any household. The Register is where an index entry would appear if one turned up.
Identity here is by name, not by resolved individual. Where two people of one name appear in this archive they share this page, and it is for the reader to keep them apart — the surrounding text usually makes it obvious. Nothing here is new evidence; it is the same evidence, brought together.

No prose mention yet

This person has not been written up in an essay yet — most often read straight off a register page that no index anywhere contains. What is known is at the top, and the pages linked above are where the finding sits.

A dossier is every mention of a name anywhere in this archive's data, gathered automatically and linked back to the page it appears on, with what the archive knows about the person set out at the top. Identity here is by NAME, not by resolved individual: where two people share a name they share a dossier, and the archive says so rather than guessing. Rebuilt from the roster, so every person the archive can name has a page — including the ones read straight off a register that no index anywhere contains.
