This household is at Šterna, not Svetvinčenat. The FamilySearch index entry for Felice Anto (22 September 1778) carries the image ark 3:1:3QS7-899X-KXF4, which resolves to film 005497887, frame 627 — a different film from Svetvinčenat's 005497885. The act was read there on 21 September 2026: > «Adì 27 9bre 1778. Copich. Felice Ant.o figlio legitimo e naturale di M.ro Bortolo De Franceschi…» That register is a different animal from Svetvinčenat's. It is kept in Italian, not Latin, and every entry carries a village name in its date heading — Sterna, Cabotori, Copich — because the parish serves a scatter of hamlets. Bortolo's children were baptised at Copich. The sister record confirms it: Mariana De Franceschi, February 1786, same father Bortolo, is indexed with the event place «Sterna, Litorale Austriaco» in as many words. (doc.) Šterna is in north-western Istria, near Buje — some seventy kilometres from Svetvinčenat. These are not the castle-town family and must not be read as them.

This archive holds 3 other pages under what Say Your Name reconciles as the same given name in another language — a Latin register, a Venetian clerk, a Croatian village, a Hungarian office. They are not merged and none of them is claimed to be this person: a shared name is not a shared identity, and the archive will not join one to the other by machine. It is here so that a reader looking for a man the records called Josephus can see where they wrote him Josip.

This person has not been written up in an essay yet — most often read straight off a register page that no index anywhere contains. What is known is at the top, and the pages linked above are where the finding sits.
A dossier is every mention of a name anywhere in this archive's data, gathered automatically and linked back to the page it appears on, with what the archive knows about the person set out at the top. Identity here is by NAME, not by resolved individual: where two people share a name they share a dossier, and the archive says so rather than guessing. Rebuilt from the roster, so every person the archive can name has a page — including the ones read straight off a register that no index anywhere contains.
